About Dr. Tapan Singh Chauhan

Dr. Tapan Singh Chauhan is an MCh Surgical Oncologist with a special interest in Gastrointestinal, Hepatopancreaticobiliary Oncology, and Peritoneal Surface Malignancy (HIPEC).
He completed his MS in General Surgery from Pt. B.D. Sharma PGIMS, Rohtak.
His Surgical Oncology training was conducted at premier institutes like Dr. B.R.A. IRCH, AIIMS, New Delhi, and Gujarat Cancer Research Institute, Ahmedabad.
He pursued various fellowship positions, including training with Prof. Marcus Buechler at Heidelberg for HPB oncology and Dr. T. Subramaneshwar Rao at Indo–American Cancer Institute, Hyderabad for minimally invasive surgery.
He received the ESSO Fellowship in Cytoreductive surgery and HIPEC at Lyon, France under Prof. Olivier Glehen, and completed a Fellowship in Minimal Access Surgery (FMAS).
Dr. Tapan has numerous publications in esteemed journals and has presented papers at various national and international conferences.
